Returns Policy

RETURNS
We offer returns and exchanges on full priced items purchased (sale products excluded unless deemed faulty) subject to the following conditions:

    • The garment is returned within 7 days of receiving your order unless item is deemed faulty.
    • Garments are in a saleable condition. Only items in original condition with tags attached, unworn, undamaged, unaltered or unwashed are eligible for a refund.

Please note, shipping fees are not refunded unless item is deemed faulty or you received an incorrect item.

SALE ITEMS

Harni does not accept returns (refund or exchange) on any sale items unless deemed faulty. 

FAULTY ITEMS
Each item is carefully inspected before an order is sent, however, should a garment arrive in a less-than-perfect condition, the cost of the garment and your postage costs will be refunded.

Please contact our Customer Care team at hello@harni.com.au to notify us of any issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.

When returning a faulty item you will need to include a completed ONLINE RETURN FORM (enclosed in your delivery parcel) and a copy of your postage receipt.

Due to health and safety reasons, all returned items must be a clean and hygienic condition. Please be mindful that if our quality control team deems the item not to be faulty, to have been tampered with or in an unacceptable condition, the item will not be refundable. Harni will notify the customer and it will be their responsibility to arrange the return of the item.

Provided that nothing within these terms in any way seeks to limit or oust the operation of any consumer guarantee contained within the Australian Consumer Law.

INCORRECT ITEM
Each item is carefully inspected before an order is sent, however, should you receive an incorrect item, please return with a completed ONLINE RETURN FORM (enclosed in your delivery parcel) and a copy of your postage receipt. Your postage costs will be refunded and the correct item will be sent to you as quickly as possible.

REFUNDS
Once the garment has been inspected and approved, the purchasing amount will be credited back to the original form of payment. Depending on your bank provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear back into your account.

Harni will not reimburse or compensate for lost packages. We have the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Please note that orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

ACCURACY
We do our best to represent all of our products as true to life as possible. If you find that the product is not as you expected, you can choose to return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. Postage costs incurred when returning the item will not be reimbursed.

GENERAL LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Harni, its proprietor, officers, servants, agents, successors and assigns be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, loss of product, or consequential, indirect or incidental loss or damage suffered as a consequence of use of this website, placement of an order or purchase of a product, howsoever arising. This cannot be included as it breaches a Consumer Guarantee contained within the Australian Consumer Law.
